Programme sessions

During the Welcome Day, University staff will conduct programme sessions to acquaint you with the curriculum and provide valuable insight to your study life. Please find the schedule of your programme session below and attend your session on 15 August 2024.

Please sign up to secure a seat for the session of your admitted programme. Participants will receive confirmation emails containing a QR code upon successful registrations. Please present the confirmation emails to the security before entering the campus.

Adverse Weather Arrangement

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force by or after 8:00 am on 15 August 2024, the 2024 Welcome Day scheduled for that day will be postponed to 16 August 2024. This postponement arrangement will remain in effect even if the adverse weather signals are lowered at a later time on 15 August 2024.

*Campus access control and vaccination requirements

Students and visitors are required to be vaccinated with at least three doses (or vaccinated with at least two doses if within 6 months from 2nd dose) (details) to access campus unless you are medically exempted or a recovery person from Covid-19 subject to conditions as announced earlier. All students and visitors are also required to use the LeaveHomeSafe app to show the QR code of either their electronic vaccination record or Exemption Certificate stored in their mobile phone to enter the campus.
