You will be notified by email when your Student Identity Card is ready in late August 2024.
Please make sure to submit a photo which meets our requirements via MyHKMU on or before 22 August 2024. This will ensure your Student Identity Card can be successfully issued before the card collection date.

If you are a non-local student holding a student visa, you are required to present the original landing slip when collecting your student ID card.
If you are not able to collect your HKMU Student Identity Card on 27 August 2024, you may collect it at Room E-G05 (G/F) in Jockey Club Campus during office hours * starting from 28 August 2024 onwards. Please make sure you have uploaded your photo via “Photo Submission” in MyHKMU beforehand for card production.
* Office Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 5:40 pm); Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays Closed
