Complete your Qualification Verification

The following documents should be submitted with your application. Original documents are required to be presented to the University for qualification verification as part of the admission process. The University reserves the right to revoke admissions to applicants who fail to provide original documents to the University.

• For academic qualifications obtained in mainland China:

Official academic transcript, graduation certificate (本科畢業證書), award certificate of Bachelor’s Degree（學士學位證書）and Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate《教育部學歷證書電子註冊備案表》issued by the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC) (學信網)

• For academic qualifications obtained in local institutions or non-local institutions other than mainland China:

Official academic transcript and graduation certificate of qualifications

• Master of Arts in Chinese Literature (MACLF):

Research statement in Chinese (around 1,000 words)

• Master of Arts in Creative Writing (MACWF):

Portfolio of art, design, media or written work

• Master of Nursing (with specialisation in Chinese Medicinal Nursing) (MNCHMNF):

Practising Certificate and Certificate of Registration / Certificate of Enrolment issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong

• Master of Nursing (with specialization in Advanced Respiratory Nursing) (MNARNF) / Master of Nursing (with specialization in Management and Leadership) (MNMLF) / Master of Nursing (with specialization in Extensive End-of-Life Care) (MNEELCF):

For local applicants: Practising Certificate and Certificate of Registration / Certificate of Enrolment issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong

For non- local applicants: Recognized professional and practicing qualification issued by the relevant professional body outside Hong Kong

• Master of Science in Smart Ageing and Gerontology (MSCSAGF):

Personal statement (written in English with not more than two pages) and Curriculum vitae
