CAMPUS ACCESS CONTROL AND VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

All students and visitors are also required to use the LeaveHomeSafe app to show the QR code of either their electronic vaccination record or Exemption Certificate stored in their mobile phone to enter the campus.
