(Seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Students will be invited to another venue to watch live broadcast when the Auditorium is full.)
Please arrive at the venue 20 minutes before the Inauguration Ceremony commences.
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force by or after 7:00am on the event date, the Inauguration Ceremony will be postponed to 28 August 2024 (Wednesday), same time same venue.

CAMPUS ACCESS CONTROL AND VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
Students and visitors are required to be vaccinated with at least three doses (or vaccinated with at least two doses if within 6 months from 2nd dose) (details) to access campus unless you are medically exempted or a recovery person from Covid-19 subject to conditions as announced earlier. All students and visitors are also required to use the LeaveHomeSafe app to show the QR code of either their electronic vaccination record or Exemption Certificate stored in their mobile phone to enter the campus.
