Vaccination Requirements for Campus Access

Please submit your vaccination record via this link

Vaccination Requirements

From 31 May 2022, anyone entering the campus will be required to get vaccinated according to Phase 3 of the Campus Access Control measures. [Details]

Please submit your vaccination record via this link on the Vaccination/Testing Registration System (VTRS) so the information can be accessible via your Student ID Card.

To enter campus, you have to scan the LeaveHomeSafe app and show the QR code of your electronic Vaccination Record or Exemption Certificate or Recovery Record.  Then tap your HKMU Student ID Card at the turnstile to enter campus.  Student ID Card will be distributed on Inauguration Day.

Medically Exempted

If you are medically exempted from COVID-19 vaccination with Exemption Certificate issued by a registered doctor (details), you are required to submit the Exemption Certificate with a negative result of Covid-19 test that was carried out within 7 days before campus entry via the Vaccination/Testing Registration System (VTRS).

Recovered from COVID-19

Students who recovered from COVID-19 but have not received three doses (or two doses if within 6 months from 2nd dose) of the vaccine have to submit the most recent documented positive test result for verification via the VTRS as well as up-to-date vaccination record to enter campus. Only electronic recovery record with QR Code issued by the Hong Kong Government (https://enq.evt.gov.hk/evt/web/recovery.jsp?lang=en-us) will be acceptable.
