3. Academic Qualifications/ Work Experience Proof (i.e. Supporting documents you uploaded to the Applicant Portal/ eRegistration system)

• Full set of academic transcripts, and award certificates of qualification

                     • Proof of work experience (if applicable)

                     • Other supporting documents (if applicable)

4. Additional Documents Required by Specific Programmes

               (a) If you are applying for PGDEPRI1 or PGDESEC1:

               – Original document of Study Plan, and Principal’s Consent Letter

               (b) If you are applying for CEDU:

               – Original document of Principal’s Consent Letter

              (c) If you are applying for HDECE/ HDECE1:

              – Original document of Consent Letter from Principal/Head of organization
