# Graduates of the University or LiPACE higher diplomas will benefit from an application fee waiver.

^ Except the University graduates or LiPACE higher diploma graduates.

* In addition to the course fee, students may be required to buy set books, software, etc. The course fee does not include the graduation fee. Students are required to pay an additional fee upon graduation.

You should note that fees paid including application fee are not refundable or transferable to another term or for another use.

You can submit your programme admission application and/or course registration via online applicant portal. For online application, the payment receipts can be downloaded from the applicant portal once the payment has been received and confirmed by the University. However, you have to download the receipt by 2 weeks before the next term admission/course registration starts. No hardcopy will be issued.

1. If you require a debit note for student financial assistance application or you would like to pay your course fee at a bank, please submit your application online on or before 29 June 2026.

A debit note will be sent to you by post within 10 working days upon request. Please pay the tuition fee before the stipulated deadline. The University will only confirm a course place but not a specific class section to you upon receipt of the full course fee payment but subject to the availability of a course place at that time. If there is no place left in the class section that you have chosen, you will be allocated to a different class section without prior notice.

2. Most applications and course registrations will normally be processed on a rolling basis. Once the quota is exhausted, further applications will not be accepted.
