You may authorize a person to act on your behalf. Your representative will be asked to present the following:
1. The completed Authorization Letter (Click HERE to download the Letter)
2. Your representative’s ID proof
3. A photocopy of your ID proof
It is important to note the qualification check arrangement for an electronic document which can only be accessed via online channels (e.g. staff portal). For an electronic document, your authorized representative can bring a print-out copy with the company chop to conduct the qualification check at the University.
Failure to complete the qualification check by the stipulated deadline may result in the withdrawal of your admission offer. Your enrolment of the course(s) concerned will also be cancelled by then, and the relevant course fee(s) that you have paid will NOT be refunded. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to either another term or for another use.
