You are required to present the original supporting document(s)
to complete the qualification check on or before the deadline as indicated in your offer letter.

Please bring along the following documents with you:

1. Offer Letter

2. Identity Document

• For local applicants: HKID card

• For Chinese Mainland/ overseas applicants: PRC Resident Identity Card/ passport/ other identity proof

• HKMU Student Identity Card (if have)

3. Academic Qualifications/ Work Experience Proof/ Professional Qualifications (i.e. Supporting documents you uploaded to the Applicant Portal/ eRegistration system)

• Full set of transcripts, and award certificates of academic/ professional qualifications

• Proof of work experience (if applicable)

• Other supporting documents (if applicable)

4. Additional Documents Required by Specific Programmes

(a) If you are applying for PGDEPRI1 or PGDESEC1:

– Original document of Study Plan, and Principal’s Consent Letter

(b) If you are applying for CEDU:

– Original document of Principal’s Consent Letter

– Original document of Consent Letter from Principal/Head of organization

You may authorize a person to act on your behalf. Your representative will be asked to present the following:

1. The completed Authorization Letter (Click HERE to download the Letter)

2. Your representative’s ID proof

3. A photocopy of your ID proof

It is important to note the qualification check arrangement for an electronic document which can only be accessed via online channels (e.g. staff portal). For an electronic document, your authorized representative can bring a print-out copy with the company chop to conduct the qualification check at the University.
