The programme aims to provide students with professional skills and knowledge in the design, construction, maintenance, and management of buildings. This programme can equip students to play a key role in the building sector. During the study, students are trained with good communication skills to work effectively on large projects involving different parties and professions.

This programme will seek accreditation by The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM)
